Maximino is one the top Huichol Yarn artists. He apprenticed under Jose Benitez Sanchez for many years and now has developed his own unique style. His use of colors and figure arrangement Makes him one of my favorite artists and that is why you will see so many of his paintings on my site. He lives outside the city of Tepic, Nayarit in the colony of Zitakua.
